East Coast Salon Services continues to follow the guidelines of the Governors of the states in which we have store locations. Therefore our store locations remain closed until further notice.

EDUCATION UPDATES:
Please continue to follow all updates on social media and our website as we cancel, reschedule, or modify previously scheduled education events and salon classes. If there are any changes to a class you are currently registered for, you will be contacted directly by the educator or a member of our team.

We are working closely with our educators to develop and offer virtual learning opportunities until we can be together in-person again. Stay tuned!

East Coast Salon Services Policy and Procedure Updates in Response to COVID-19.

As the world learns more and responds to the impacts of COVID-19, the health and well-being of our families, employees, and customers remain our top priority. While we navigate through these unfamiliar circumstances, we are committed to serving our customers as thoroughly and safely as possible.

To limit exposure within the communities we serve, our team has taken several important steps. Due to developing information, we have made the difficult decision to close all physical store locations until Monday, April 6th effective immediately. Our warehouse, customer service department, and website will remain open to fulfill your orders during this time period. To alleviate additional costs we will be offering FREE SHIPPING on WEB ORDERS OVER $100 until the stores have reopened.

We are taking additional precautions internally by limiting the number of staff on site and enforcing increased frequency of recommended cleaning, sanitization, and personal hygiene practices. We have read and are abiding by CDC’s released guidelines “Keeping Workplaces, Schools, Homes and Commercial Establishments Safe.”

Our leadership team is communicating daily and staying informed on all updates and developments as related to this virus, our local communities, and the beauty industry. Through everything, we are committed to being here for you. We have allocated additional resources to support our customers through this process.
