Ethos Beauty Partners
Ethos Beauty Partners, established 2022, is a joint venture over 75 years in the making. What was once two separate companies – Art of Business and East Coast Salon Services – is now the place where the beauty industry comes together. Two family businesses becoming one, becoming more beautiful together. This merger of corporations, cultures, and resources aims to provide customers and manufacturers with a more robust and comprehensive distribution partner while maintaining the heritage and value of a family-owned business.
Josh Hafetz (AOB) and Kara Klet (ECSS) each represent the third generation of their respective families to step in to the family business. Their fathers, Howard Hafetz and Stan Klet, co-existed for decades as respected competitors. The two families have coincided, parallel but separate, within beauty industry… until now.
